While MediVape is an authorised distributor of Storz & Bickel products, we do not assess warranty claims ourselves. All claims are submitted to and reviewed by the Storz & Bickel technical team.

Warranty Periods:

● Mighty Medic+ / Volcano Medic 2: 3 years from date of purchase

● Mighty Medic: 2 years from date of purchase
